Rental Referral

Melchizedek Realty & Property Services, LLC will pay a Finder’s Fee up to $1,000 for the referral of a tenant who signs a 12-month lease. The cash reward will be paid at the completion of the tenant’s third month. The new tenant must provide your name and telephone number at the time of application to be eligible.

REO & Foreclosure Referral

Melchizedek Realty & Property Services, LLC will pay a Finder’s Fee up to $2,000 for the referral of a bank owned REO (Real Estate Owned) or Foreclosed property that our parent company, Melchizedek Real Estate and Development LLC, purchases, rehabs, and sells at retail for a net profit. The cash reward will be paid at the closing of the property. Please send REO and Foreclosure referrals to [email protected].

Private Seller Referral

Melchizedek Realty & Property Services, LLC will pay a Finder’s Fee up to $2,000 for the referral of a private seller or an estate sale property that our parent company, Melchizedek Real Estate and Development LLC purchases.
